I am Uche Okpala, and I founded Supply Chain Fixer to give small business owners the kind of supply chain support that normally sits behind a corporate procurement department: honest supplier benchmarking, inventory that reflects real demand, and logistics decisions backed by numbers.
Most owners I work with are not short on effort. They are short on visibility. Once we put the spend, the suppliers, and the stock on one page, the fixes are usually obvious and often quick.
